Located in a prime area, close to major attractions and shopping areas. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms had limited views, some facing an internal courtyard. The decor was modern, but nothing extraordinary.

Staff were very helpful. My wife liked the room, but I found it a little bit cramped compared to new hotels.

Room design was minimalist. Room decoration could be a little more authentic, as the building were renovated old house.Hotel entrance looked like a bit desolated. A few items could help to resolve the problem.

The hotel is in a superb location, right in the heart of the bustling La Rambla. It is central to all the tourist sites and conveniently located across from a farmers' market. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings. the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped, with some even having a jacuzzi tub. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for good restaurants in the area. the breakfast selection, although not extensive, is satisfactory. the free wifi is an added bonus.

The hotel lacks certain amenities such as a restaurant, which means guests have to venture out to find good dining options nearby.

The location was ideal, very handy, and close to all the main attractions and neighborhoods. It was comfortable, the staff was very helpful, and the rooftop deck had great views.

The lobby and main dining/bar area was very dull, and not a good place to hang out in.

The hotel offered free breakfast and a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city skyline. the hotel was located near popular tourist attractions and easily accessible via public transportation.

My Xmas stay at the hotel was marred by noisy neighboring guests that kept us up late into the night and interrupted our sleep. the room was also small and cramped, and the decor felt outdated and in need of an update.

Location of hotel is great everything is within walking distance, staff very friendly nothing to difficult for them from booking a restaurant to recommendations on entertainment or restaurants. Food hall perfect in size serves small variety of food but well-chosen, cleanliness throughout hotel very good. Room comfortable and well proportioned.

Excellent staff, ambience and service

The staff are amazing! Particularly the guys at the front desk, Borja and Queque and the beautiful lady at breakfast whose name I can't recall. So helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location is also great and ultra convenient for everything. Brilliant hotel, will definitely stay here again! Thanks Hotel Montecarlo!

The hotel staff went totally out of their way to make our stay a special one. Our spacious bedroom was a cool oasis from the activity along the Ramblas and when the shutters were down there was no noise at all. The breakfast choice catered for everyone and the waitresses were cheerful. We would stay here again and definitely recommend to everyone.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room were spotless. But the thing that separates this hotel from all others is the staff. They went out of their way to see to our every need. We were always greeted in an exceptionally friendly manner.
